Thanks for your content-full bugreport. ;) I might like to move your attention to this bugreport: <http://bugs.debian.org/540060> - the issue is with wxwidgets2.8 (or probably binutils) and not pgadmin3. I am musing around the idea wether a binNMU as a workaround for the time being might be a good idea, even though it probably means that another one would be needed afterwards.
