Thanks for the help. This fixed my problem. Specifically I changed the following line in my /etc/cyrus.conf file.
Original line: sieve cmd="timsieved" listen="localhost:sieve" prefork=0 maxchild=100 New line: sieve cmd="timsieved" listen="*:2000" prefork=0 maxchild=100 After restarting the kolab-cyrus service the web interface worked for setting the vacation message or forwarding options. I also forwarded port 2000 on my router.
