I used recode which replaces the original file automatically. ;) I left the copyright notes unchanged as they are copied from the source files. You didn't change them either. I can change them if you wish. KMail got the encoding wrong as I saved the attachment with your patch. Strange. I am using UTF-8 here and the attachment is quoted printable.
