Workaround with: insert into usrgrp set usrgrpid='9', name='Disabled', gui_access='0', users_status='1'; but I guess that this wouldn't work if there were any other custom user groups defined on the installation. Maybe use usrgrpid='0' instead, but I haven't tested that...
