Conflicts: libextutils-parsexs-perl (<< 2.2002) on the perl-modules conflict list as upstream has picked up the four digit version numbering. This means that the separate package needs to use four digits in the future, i.e. 2.21 will become 2.2100-1 etc. Let me know if you have better suggestions.
