The example given in section 5.9 is incorrect. All of the fields should
be quoted.
The default menu.ex should be:
?package(gentoo):needs="X11|text|vc|wm" section="Apps/see-menu-manual"\
title="gentoo" command="/usr/bin/gentoo"
and the completed example should be:
?package(gentoo): needs="X11" section="Apps/Tools" title="Gentoo"
command="gentoo"
I am currently working my way through the New Maintainer procedure and have
come across several errors in the
new maintainer guide - if this is not the best way to report them then please
let me know.
