Let's take a look at Debian Mailing List Archive Search Results
http://lists.debian.org/cgi-bin/searchlists?!POST...
which is where searching on http://lists.debian.org/search.html will
get one to.

Well, even though there is a link back to
http://lists.debian.org/search.html, if one wants to say, search
further, say from the previous 3 months, one must fill in the whole
form again.  Unlike google,
http://lists.debian.org/cgi-bin/searchlists doesn't have the form we
used there on the page ready for a second search.

OK, perhaps that is wasteful, but how about even telling us what
search terms we used to get these results?

Don't assume we are reading the results even on the same day we filled
out the form and remember what the search words were.
