Hi Armin,
How much memory do you have in the system when you are trying to
login? (the top portion of the top command should show us what we
need to know)
I would suspect that you're just completely out of memory on the
system, and starting any other problem will also result in a memory
issue that there is not enough space for ssh to start it's processes
and allocate the memory for it's self and the TCP sockets it needs.
