Package: libthreads-perl Version: 1.71-1 Severity: wishlist There's threads-1.74 on CPAN, and Perl 5.10.1 RC2 bundles 1.72.
I don't know why this wasn't done earlier, but perl/5.10.1~rc2-1 in experimental now provides libthreads-perl and conflicts with earlier versions as usual for dual-lived modules. Please let me know if this should be reverted for some reason.
