I solved this problem with installing 'en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8' locale:
$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales -- Regards, Paul Chany -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact listmas...@lists.debian.org
