I reopen this bug. But I experienced the problem since a few days only (~10)... Strange. Seeking in Flac music is buggy like was said above. Furthermore when Amarok starts a new song it eats the first few seconds (randomly: this is not a bug reproduced every time). I think this is related to the xine engine ([1] and [2]). If I launch Amarok though Xterm, I can see the same error log as mentioned in those links.
