Followup-For: Bug #317947

 The problem also appears when root has not used Mono at all. It is
 trying to access an inexisten /root/.wapi dir, and the files in it, as
 you can see in the file attached.

 This bug makes the package unusable, so the bug severity must to be
 raised.
