Package: darcs Version: 1.0.2-1 Severity: normal (Note: I'm reporting a bug on the stable version of darcs. Please accept my apologies if it's fixed in unstable; I don't currently have access to an unstable machine to check.)
The invocation of an editor for a long comment fails to take into account spaces in the name of the directory. Steps to reproduce: $ mkdir foo\ bar $ cd !$ $ darcs init $ touch baz $ darcs add baz $ darcs record Give your email address, answer y to "Shall I record this patch?", give a name to the patch, and ask to add a long comment. Expected result: An editor opens with some already filled-in text, asking you to type a long comment. Actual result: An editor opens with two empty files: foo and bar/darcs??????. Thanks for your work on Debian. Again, please accept my apologies if this bug has already been fixed.
