Package: fglrx-source Version: 1:8-12-4 Severity: important File: fglrx Justification: fails to build from source
When using module assistant, the fglrx-source package fails to build, with "conflicting types for irqreturn_t", at least that is what it looks like. I can't find the m-a log file location to paste it into this message. The pre-built 2.6.26 module, which I assume was made with m-a, works fine. Thing is, I'd like to try the 2.6.30 kernel. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.2 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-bpo.1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages fglrx-source depends on: ii bzip2 1.0.5-1 high-quality block-sorting file co ii debhelper 7.0.15 helper programs for debian/rules ii make 3.81-5 The GNU version of the "make" util Versions of packages fglrx-source recommends: ii kernel-package 11.015 A utility for building Linux kerne ii module-assistant 0.10.11.0 tool to make module package creati Versions of packages fglrx-source suggests: ii fglrx-driver 1:8-12-4 non-free AMD/ATI r5xx, r6xx, r7xx -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
