I think the following might help : adding the following lines to /home/olivier/.local/share/applications/defaults.list : x-directory/gnome-default-handler=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop x-directory/normal=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop inode/directory=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop Hope this helps.
