I'm setting it to severity "wishlist" rather than closing it.

It can be worked around in the plugin, but whether the browser will take any
notice I'm unsure – it's possible that some will infer the correct MIME type
(where it was reported as text/plain) from the URL, and text/plain may well
be filtered out of the lists of MIME types reported as supported by installed
plugins; so long as there's a browser which does neither, that may be worth
doing.

Regardless, it's always correct in these cases to inform the relevant website
admin of the problem.
