Since when are the discussions of debian-devel hidden? Since when talking
about the Debian policy and upstream release policies is a problem?

I insist on talking about bugs in the BTS and talking about the Debian
policy on the proper places.

And as you like citing the Debian Social Contract, let me do the same:

Who is talking about hidding anything?

Please, do use the BTS, and report bugs or provide information. But don't
use it as a communication tool because it isn't.

For example, your message and this message have nothing to do with the bug
report. Is the BTS the appropriate place to send them? No.
