I don't think that :
<connector name="http-80">
structure is the problem. (In my machine I get this structure, and it
works fine).
It looks like tomcat on your machine is configured to listen on port 80.
However, the munin tomcat_* plugins assume port 8080 by default.
You can override this port by adding the following to
/etc/munin/plugin-conf.d/munin-node:
[tomcat_*]
env.ports 80
Don't forget to restart munin-node after the change in order to apply it.
Can you try that and see if it solves the problem?
