whenever I connect power supply to laptop backlight goes off and i can not see
on the screen.i saw this issue without power supply also some times.
i tried all the settings from system->power managemnet but no luck
i tried "vbetool on" but then laptop freezes after using this.
i'm new to linux and not sure what else i can try
I am using Debian GNU/Linux 5.0.2, kernel 2.6.27 and defaults 2.6.26
