Hi Jan, no it's not fixed, because the patch modifies configure.ac and configure isn't then regenerated. You would need to run “autoconf” [or even better, “autoreconf -vfi” which does what's needed in almost all situations), adding appropriate build dependencies, to relibtoolize at build time, or if you want to avoid the extra build dependencies, you could include a patch which includes all the changes that relibtoolization induces (that's quite a burden, usually)].
