Rejected. There is a reason, why this site is not used in debian/rules: It doesn't provide all version of the DTDs we ship in the package. Maybe I'll change Homepage in debian/control. Regarding the 5.0 release. It will be shipped in an own package called docbook5-xml. There were just licensing issues with the documentation shipped with the schemas. These have been solved yesterday. So the package will be re-uploaded to NEW again when I'm back.
