Package: udunits

Justification: fails to build from source
Automatic builds of udunits are failing with the error
autoreconf: Command not found
because udunits does not build-depend on autoconf or any of its
reverse dependencies. (Neither libtool nor autotools-dev actually
qualifies.) OTOH, the build dependencies on libcunit1 and
autotools-dev appear to be redundant (per libcunit1-dev and libtool,
respectively.)
Could you please correct its build dependencies?
