When trying to build cyphesis-cpp with wfmath 0.3.7, I got the following error
during configure:

configure: error:
Cannot find valid versions of required WorldForge maths library, wfmath:
Requested 'wfmath-0.3 >= 0.3.9' but version of wfmath is 0.3.7
This is not currently a direct build-depend, but an indirect on via
libmercator-0.2-dev. libwfmath-0.3-dev (>= 0.3.9) should be added to the
build-depends for the package.
