It think you can close this bug report as it was a user error (mine). I forgot to eject the CDROM after burning and before mounting. Is this always necessary? It didn't seem to be necessary before. If it is necessary perhaps the option -eject in the man page for wodim could be updated.
I also forgot to use the option -R with genisoimage when making a multisession CDROM even though this was explicitly mentioned in /usr/share/doc/cdrkit-doc/READMEs/README.multi.gz thanks Stuart -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
