Thanks for your bug report. What are the effects of python not installed? Just
that the plugins don't work or something more important? (That's why I
lowered the severity, I think thats all.)
And this is covered by suggesting python. Recommending or depending python
would cause python to be installed per default - _maybe_ it's sensible to
make it recommend it, but definitly not depend.
