Please consider adding siunitx, available at http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/siunitx/. Below a snippet of its description from http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/siunitx.html "The siunitx package takes the best from the existing packages, and adds new features and a consistent interface. A number of new ideas have been incorporated, to fill gaps in the existing provision. The package also provides backward-compatibility with SIunits, sistyle, unitsdef and units. The aim is to have one package to handle all of the possible unit-related needs of LaTeX users." Don't forget to also include minimal examples of other files that are needed, e.g. bibtex databases. Often it also helps to include the logfile. Please, never send included pictures! If your example file isn't short or produces more than one page of output (except when multiple pages are needed to show the problem), you can probably minimize it further.
