I've decided to keep this as a separate package. I think its functionality is interesting enough to warrant this.
With the changes in the last unofficial releases it has matured a lot regarding functionality and coding. I've had some very positive comments from users, and with the conversion to perl its performance is no longer an issue. Other factors are the presence of the configuration files and the fact that I expect to be expanding the functionality quite a bit (as well as further restructuring of the code) and thus would like to keep the freedom a separate package gives me.
