I am not asking the release team to remove packages from unstable. The
report title is:
"Please consider excluding language-env from testing"
Furthermore, please note that removing the package is not the main thing
the report is requesting:

The request is basically to endorse serious severity on a bug report
against language-env, so that it can later be removed, either via
unstable, which I would prefer, or via testing, if necessary.
