Applied, thanks. For this one the -C option was deliberately not implemented because it's likely not a commonly-used option, so the long-only option name alone would be fine. The documentation was at fault here. For now, I've added your patch, but it may be that we want to remove it from both the code and documentation unless there's a real demand for it.
