Some info about cdimage.debian.org:
I could probably make it redirect for .zsync files, but they would be to a
random host among our offloaders, just like the isos. So there would only
be a small chance of that working for any particular iso.
So, sorry, you'll have to fix zsync to use that against cdimage.d.o.
