Hi, I am the author of xml_grep2.
I don't think xml_grep2 belongs in xml-twig-tools. It could be packaged with XML::LibXML (although it has a dependency on File::Find::Rules that XML::LibXML doesn't have), with a package of tools associated with XML::LibXML or by itself.
I can certainly make xml_grep2 available on its own, is there a preferred way for me to publish it, github, freshmeat or whatever?
