Hello,
Currently this package installs a symlink called
/usr/share/gtk-doc/html/libtwitter-glib/,
which links to the documentation that is installed to
/usr/share/doc/libtwitter-glib-doc/html
devhelp looks for its books using the same name as the directory it finds
there, so it looks for /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/libtwitter-glib.devhelp.gz.
Changing the name of that symlink to match the .devhelp file name makes devhelp
able to see the book.
