I should also add that every example I've googled does not have
allow-hotplug tun0 (try googling for "allow-hotplug tun0" and you
only find this bug), so this won't affect anyone (well, anyone
using a config like any ones in google) simply because the
device won't be taken live when ifup with an allow=hotplug line.
To be affected, they would need an auto/allow-hotplug line in
/etc/interfaces, I think.
