moblin-cursor-theme fails to install with the following message:
Setting up moblin-cursor-theme (0.3-1) ...
update-alternatives: using /usr/share/icons/moblin-cursor/index.theme to
provide /usr/share/icons/default/index.theme (x-cursor-theme) in auto mode.
update-alternatives: error: unable to make
/usr/share/icons/default/index.theme.dpkg-tmp a symlink to
/etc/alternatives/x-cursor-theme: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing moblin-cursor-theme (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2
Looking at /usr/share/icons, it seems default/index.theme shall be replaced
with moblin-cursor/index.theme
