Package: libocc0-dev
Version: 2.8-5
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 3.5

When you renamed libocc0 to libocc0c2 per the G++ 4.0 transition, you
seem to have forgotten to adjust libocc0-dev's Depends: header; as a
result, the latest version of openc++ (which depends on both libocc0c2
and libocc0-dev) is uninstallable.
