You either need to call autoreconf to update the files (and all other autofoo) or you can simply copy the most recent versions of config.{sub,guess} from that package, overriding upstreams. This is usually safe. You can see /usr/share/doc/autotools-dev/README.Debian.gz for more ways to handle that.
