contact-lookup-applet is not maintained upstream anymore, and the Debian/upstream maintainer (Ross Burton) agrees there is no need to keep it in the archive. There are things that provide the same kind of functionality in the archive, although in a different way: deskbar-applet, gnome-do, nautilus-sendto… Please remove contact-lookup-applet from unstable.
