Package: redmine Version: 0.9.0~svn2902-1 Severity: normal Hi Jérémy,
when installing a couple of plugins (e.g. redmine_bots_filter and
redmine_code_review) I have the following problem:
Status: 500 Internal Server Error
A secret is required to generate an integrity hash for cookie session data.
Use config.action_controller.session = { :session_key => "_myapp_session",
:secret => "some secret phrase of at least 30 characters" } in
config/environment.rb
Since environment.rb is part of your package, I don't want to modify the file,
cause its overwritten with the next update anyways. Maybe there can also a
config/environment.local.rb used or maybe you find a way to provide a on
installation time generated secret?
Since it seems to be a config file ... wouldn't it be better to place it in
/etc .. so user modifications would be possible?
With kind regards, Jan.
