Package: libxine1-misc-plugins Version: 1.1.14-6 Severity: normal
I use kaffeine, with the xine backend, to watch DVB-S. I found that subtitles displayed close one after another (for example, if person speak fast one after another) vertically overlap, making the lower one unreadable. I reproduced the issue in xine-ui when playing a recorded MPEG2 stream, so this is a xine issue not a kaffeine specific one. I can make a test stream available for download if necessary. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-bpo.1-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_IE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_IE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages libxine1-misc-plugins depends on: ii libasound2 1.0.16-2 ALSA library ii libc6 2.7-18 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libflac8 1.2.1-1.2 Free Lossless Audio Codec - runtim ii libjack0 0.109.2-5 JACK Audio Connection Kit (librari ii libmagick10 7:6.3.7.9.dfsg2-1~lenny3 image manipulation library ii libmng1 1.0.9-1 Multiple-image Network Graphics li ii libmodplug0c2 1:0.8.4-1+lenny1 shared libraries for mod music bas ii libmpcdec3 1.2.2-1 Musepack (MPC) format library ii libogg0 1.1.3-4 Ogg Bitstream Library ii libpulse0 0.9.10-3+lenny1 PulseAudio client libraries ii libsmbclient 2:3.2.5-4lenny6 shared library that allows applica ii libspeex1 1.2~rc1-1 The Speex codec runtime library ii libtheora0 1.0~beta3-1 The Theora Video Compression Codec ii libvorbis0a 1.2.0.dfsg-3.1 The Vorbis General Audio Compressi ii libwavpack1 4.50.1-1 an audio codec (lossy and lossless ii libxine1-bin 1.1.14-6 the xine video/media player librar ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.3.dfsg-12 compression library - runtime libxine1-misc-plugins recommends no packages. libxine1-misc-plugins suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
