Package: debmirror

I copied the example debmirror.conf to ~/.debmirror.conf and then modified it.  
The "dists" option there I set to "stable" but debmirror downloaded sid anyway. 
 
When I changed it to "dist" instead it worked fine.

So, in line 23: s/@dists=/@dist=/
