I tried to compare your and my log and the packages which are installed in pbuilder (I'm using anunstable pbuilder environment updated today) seem to be identicall (at least per eye-checking - is there any chance to force a defined sequence of installation of packages to enable a reasonable diff of the logs? I do not have the slightest idea why in your case aclocal-1.10 is called but not in mine. I definitely compared the versions of all the auto* packages in your log an in mine. They are identical.
