Current cegui-mk2 package build depends to boost1.38. boost1.38 has been requested to be removed. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=547447 Pleasse update build dependence from boost1.38 to boost1.40. I built in boost1.40, I was able to build normally.
