Package: w3c-dtd-xhtml
Version: 1.1-5
Severity: important

same bug in Ubuntu:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/w3c-dtd-xhtml/+bug/400259

there are some xml files with a bogus SystemID pointing to
globaltranscorp.org which does not exist

files affected:
    /usr/share/xml/entities/xhtml/catalog.xml
    /usr/share/xml/xhtml/schema/dtd/catalog.xml
    /usr/share/xml/xhtml/schema/dtd/1.0/catalog.xml
    /usr/share/xml/xhtml/schema/dtd/1.1/catalog.xml
    /usr/share/xml/xhtml/schema/dtd/basic/catalog.xml

changing transcorp url in DOCTYPE line for
"file:///usr/share/xml/schema/xml-core/tr9401.dtd" makes catalogs work
without problem
