The file in http://qa.debian.org/cgi-bin/mole/seedsymbols/.raw/seedsymbols/libgcrypt11_amd64 should be useable almost as-is. I'd only recommend to remove the debian revisions from the version numbers (sed -i 's/-[^-]*$//').
