Well, you're right, you could not know that I am actually managing debconf l10n in the SVN, in order to save valuable developer time (namley Joey Hess or Colin Watson time). And, though I can follow in committing newly reported translation updates, I can't track code changes or manpages changes and issue relevant calls for updates in a timely manner. Well, this could be an opportunity to hand this our to someone else, after all (hint hint).
