Yes, I can. But I should supply destination address and subject in this case. No. The reportbug already have parser for mandatory headers: take subject from it and send mail. That's all. On other hand, I should edit this message at least to remove duplicated headers. This make -o and -p options useless. In fact You should create two reports instead one only.
