Package: gnome-power-manager Version: 2.28.1-2 Severity: normal Hi,
After running through blanking issues with g-p-m update to 2.28 I installed xserver-common 1.7.0 that seems to solve them. I however noticed that g-p-m does idle timer is not based on gnome-screensaver settings anymore: I set screensaver idle time to 10mn, g-p-m to put the display to sleep after 1mn and although it should shut the screen off accordingly after 11mn, that happens only after 2mn of idle time. g-p-m is putting the screen in idle state after 1mn (diming the screen) and then putting it to sleep 1min later. Something seems to have been broken between g-p-m and screensaver lately, will be glad to help find out.
