Perhaps it's simply my lack of skills at C/C++, but I fail to
understand why /usr/include/bits/confname.h throwing an error is an
error in concordance -- I also know it's the same include in the i386
build.

I just want a second opinion, but I think this is caused by bug #551656.

I'm pretty sure concordance wouldn't be the only package failing this
way, does this warrant bumping up the severity of bug #551656?
