please remove the source packages libchipcard, libopenhbci, libopenhbci-plugin-ddvcard, and aqmoney from unstable and testing. They are superseded by the libaqbanking/libaqhbci library and applications. While I still use them myself, they'll not be released with etch and so I don't see the point of doing the C++-Transition for them. So it's time to remove them.
