Ah, that's good to hear.  I'm glad that change has taken place (apologies
that I don't follow these basic things more closely.)

Yes, I think it is a bit safer and more clear to have stunnel4 on depends.
stunnel4 is a peer to openssh-client (both provide a tunnel.)  I feel
they should both be on the depends list.

Also note that 'openssl' is not on the either list, but it is needed
for the SSL certificate management and other utilities, so I think it
needs to follow stunnel4.
